La ricerca Future of Work 2020 realizzata da Business International, in collaborazione con l’Osservatorio Imprese Lavoro di Inaz racconta che dopo la pandemia solo il 6% delle imprese tornerà senza smart working e la digitalizzazione è l’attività prioritaria per il 67%.
Sanofi Italia ha organizzato una room su Clubhouse per confrontarci sul tema del futuro del lavoro. Esploreremo opportunità e stravolgimenti di un anno di lockdown, per approcciare il lavoro in un modo nuovo, più inclusivo e realmente agile.
La moderatrice della room sarà Domitilla Ferrari, scrittrice ed esperta di marketing.
Io parteciperò alla room come speaker, insieme a:

- Laura Bruno, Direttore delle Risorse Umane di Sanofi Italia
- Gaia Alaimo, professionista delle Risorse Umane certificata CIPD. Nel 2019 ha fondato “Your Millennial Mentor” con l’obiettivo di aiutare i giovani a orientarsi nel mondo del lavoro e coltivare le proprie ambizioni.
- Fabio Sferruzzi, imprenditore e Venture Builder. Co-Founder di Talent Garden. Imprenditore seriale con focus sul digitale dal 2004, oggi fondatore di Feat.
